Bio:

The GuardianHawk is a collaboration between Orly and Armatech and is one of the most commonly seen police robots in service. The A.I. is capable of standard patrolling of a a designated zone, using it’s sensors to find and catalogue threats and law-breaking – however any engagement using the onboard weaponry is conducted by a police drone-operator who links in to the GuardianHawk from a tele-operating center because many jurisdictions have a legal requirement for a human to be involved in any decision to apply deadly force. The robot is armed with two machine guns and a 40mm rotary grenade launcher which feeds from three magazine racks: HE, tangler or BZ-16 Riot Gas.

Night City PD keeps an even dozen GuardianHawks on patrol over the city’s expanse at any time, patrolling on a search algorithm generated by it’s headquarters A.I. Whether loitering at high altitude or zipping along between buildings, they often spot major trouble before it can develop into a disaster.
